Create a Product

How to create a new product in the system

Open the products section

Go to Products → Products → Create New.

Enter basic data

Required fields: name, type, and price. You can add additional information as well.

Select product type

Simple - fixed price. With variations - multiple variants (sizes, colors). Dynamic - price and name entered at checkout.

Add additional information

You can add: photo, product code, category, discount, VAT rate, cost price.

Save the product

Click Save. The product will immediately appear in the register and be ready for sale.

Create Categories

How to organize products into categories

Categories help quickly find products at checkout and apply discounts to product groups.

Open the categories section

Go to Products → Categories → Create New.

Enter category name

For example: Beverages, Food, Services, Accessories.

Assign products

In the product card, select a category from the list. One product can belong to multiple categories.

Well-organized categories speed up cashier work and reduce error likelihood.

Product Variants

How to create products with multiple variants

Products with variations allow you to sell the same product in different sizes, colors, or other characteristics.

Select type With Variations

When creating a product, select the type With Variations.

Add variant characteristics

Specify the characteristic (e.g., Size) and its values (S, M, L, XL).

Set prices for each variant

You can set different prices for each variant or use a common price.

Add barcodes

Each variant can have its own unique barcode.

Example: Example: T-shirt (product) → S, M, L, XL (variants) → each variant with its own price and barcode.

Check Stock Levels

How to view product inventory

If inventory management is enabled, you can see how many products you have in stock.

Open the product list

Go to Products → Products.

View stock levels

Each product row shows the current stock level. A red number means low stock.

Click on a product to see stock levels by warehouse.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a product quantity limit?

In the Basic plan, you can have up to 1000 products. In the Smart plan, the number of products is unlimited.

Can I import products from Excel?

Yes! Download the template from the system, fill in the product data, and upload the file. The system will automatically create all products.

How do I add barcodes?

In the product card, enter the barcode in the Product Code field. You can scan an existing code or enter it manually.
