How to create a new discount in the system

Go to Administration → Discounts → Create New.

For example: Summer Sale, Loyal Customer -10%, Student Discount.

In euros (fixed amount), percentage (% of price), or final price (you set the final price).

Choose whether the discount applies to all products, selected categories, or specific products.

Click Save. The discount will be available at checkout.

What discount types are available in the system

Discount calculated as a percentage of product price. Example: 10% discount on a €50 product = €5 discount.

A specific amount deducted from the price. Example: €5 discount on any product.

You set the final price regardless of the original. Example: Promotion Any product for €9.99.

How to apply a discount at checkout

At checkout, after adding a product to cart, click Select Discount and choose from the created discounts list.

At checkout, click on the product and find the Discount field at the bottom. Enter the amount in euros or percentage.

In the product card, set the Discounted Price. This price will be shown at checkout as the promotional price.

You can combine multiple discounts - for example, a category discount and an additional manual discount.

Yes, you can combine different discounts. The system will automatically calculate the final price.

Yes! When creating a discount, you can specify which user groups can apply it.

Yes, you can set start and end dates. The discount will automatically activate and deactivate on the specified days.
